In order to use our publisher services, you do not need to be a member of eBay or Commission Junction.  We handle all of this behind the scenes with the API (Application Programmer Interface) that gives us direct access to the eBay data as well as another API for the payment side of things with Commission Junction.

If you would like to just use the basic eBay affiliate tools, you must take several fairly simple steps before you can publish anything.  Create an account at Commission Junction. Once you are a member, you be able to publish eBay advertisements as well as a wide variety of other major advertisers.
